Getting Back to It!
Have been back at the gym this week. I am enjoying riding the bike for now since I can log in at home and see how many miles I have ridden. I did Body Pump this morning and now that I will be sore. I really want to get 15 lbs off by March and my first half for the year. This is just too much to be carrying around and can't be good. I have enough issues. Hopefully, when I move offices I can go to the gym in that building after work for about an hr every day-even just to walk, etc. I am trying not to get frustrated but 5lbs/month should be doable. Hopefully the holidays won't through much of a wrench in it.
